Special Guest Speaker (Friday), George Beech: George Beech is the Executive Director and Senior Chaplain for Salt & Light Partners, providing emotional and spiritual support to first responders in southeastern Minnesota. George is an experienced pastor and business professional with master’s degrees in human resource management, strategic leadership, and Biblical and theological studies. He strives to create a community where care for the spirit and heart are part of workplace wellness programs. George is a Minnesota native married to Christine for 30 years. They have two adult children and four grandchildren. Fun fact – George and Christine met at a rifle range while they were both serving in the US Army in Germany.
