About the After-Party

Meet at the event, or carpool with other Bear Creek students. We will be taking a group of kids from Bear Creek to the Rochester wide SYATP rally at Calvary Evangelical Free Church. They will be grilling hot dogs and serving apple pie for dinner! Plus Flapdoodle’s ice cream at the end. Here is a rundown of the schedule for that night:

5:20pm Meet at Bear Creek if you wish to ride together
5:30pm Leave to go to Calvary Evangelical Free Church
5:45-6:45 – food served/games at Calvary
6:45-6:50 – Transition inside (Isaac MC)
6:50-7:00 – Intro SYATP video/pictures from the morning/group game?
7:00-7:20 – Message (Brian Martin)
7:10-7:30 – Worship Music
7:35/7:40-8:05 – Prayer (HS Gym) (MS Fellowship Hall)
8:15pm Heading back to Bear Creek Church
8:30pm Pick up at Bear Creek for those riding back with the group

Please Note: If your child rode with a leader to the event, but you’d like to pick them up at Calvary Evangelical Free Church, please let us know.
