Come Camping With Us!
We are excited to announce a campout, planned out by the youth! The theme for this event is “Spirit & Truth”, taken from John 4:24. Youth, grades 6-12, are invited to join us Sunday – Tuesday, August 20-22. We will meet at the church and go to Eagle Cliff Campground in Lanesboro. This action-packed adventure combines faith, fun, and nature’s wonders.
As the theme suggests, we will be looking into what true worship looks like and how we can live it out daily in ‘spirit and truth.’
Get ready for canoeing* on the scenic Root River, touring Mystery Cave, thrilling games, and team challenges.
Don’t miss out on this unforgettable journey of spiritual growth, friendship, and adventure. Register to join us as we worship, learn, and create lifelong memories inspired by John 4:24.
Cost: $45
The cost for this trip is $45 and that includes meals, canoe or tube rental, campsite fees, and a t-shirt (if signed up early enough).

River Fun
Get ready for water fun on the scenic Root River. We’d like to canoe, but if the river water levels remain low, we will have tubing as a backup. Either way, it will be a fun way to get wet and enjoy the beauty of the Root River Valley.
Explore Mystery Cave
We will take a tour of Mystery Cave. Discovered in 1937, Mystery Cave is the longest cave in Minnesota. It covers over 13 miles of underground passages that were created as moving water dissolved the rock. Each tour takes you underground through different parts of the cave, and will showcase features like stalactites, stalagmites, flowstone, fossils, and beautiful underground pools as your tour guide explains how the cave and these features were formed.

Camping along the scenic Root River
Enjoy camping and learning about worship & intimacy with God in this picturesque setting. The scenic Root River is carved out of a quaint SE Minnesota countryside. Camp out and wake up to the river adjacent to Eagle Cliff.
Leave Your Phones
This was actually *gasp* a request by the youth planners. But seriously, this would be a great opportunity to tune out all the distractions of life and focus on drawing near to God. We ask that you leave your phone at home, or at least in the church van. We will give parents all the leader information so they can reach their child at any time.
